On the Account page, under Notifications, turn product updates and news on or off for each channel.
Account and security emails (like sign-in codes and receipts) are always sent.
Push notifications
Choose Turn on push notifications on the Account page and allow notifications when your browser asks. We never send push notifications between 9pm and 8am your time.
Unsubscribe
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're done.
