What you get
Public booking pages at /book, times shown in each visitor's time zone, confirmation emails with calendar invites, reminders a day and an hour before, and links to reschedule or cancel. Team members get their own hours and calendars, and bookings rotate between them. Meetings can be paid.
Steps
- Admin → Calendar → Meeting types: edit the starter "Intro call" or create your own: length, buffers, notice, questions, location (Google Meet, phone, in person, or your own link), and an optional price.
- Team and hours: set your weekly hours and days off. Add team members by email; they manage their own hours at
/host. - Set the status to Active and share the link.
- Connect Google (previous guide) so busy times are respected and bookings land on your calendar. Paid meetings need Stripe.
Check it works
Open your booking link in a private window, book a time, then reschedule it from the confirmation email.
