What you get
Customer emails land in your inbox and on their timeline; replies and one-to-one emails go out from your own Gmail in the same thread. Bookings check your Google Calendar for busy times, land on it with a Meet link, and move or disappear when the customer changes them. Customers can sign up with Google.
Steps
- In Google Cloud Console, create a project and enable the Gmail API and the Google Calendar API.
- Set up the consent screen. Choose Internal on Google Workspace; on personal Gmail, choose External and add yourself as a test user.
- Create an OAuth client (Web application) with both redirect URLs:
https://YOUR_URL/api/google/callbackandhttps://YOUR_URL/api/auth/google/callback. - Set
GOOGLE_CLIENT_IDandGOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET. - In Admin → Gmail, choose Connect Gmail and approve.
